ABOUT ME

Jacob Bonano

Having spent my entire life devoted to service for our great nation, I am well acquainted with commitment, discipline and mission success.  Since the age of two, I have been participating in sports as an athlete but I have also led teams to victories as a coach. Needless to say, activity and fitness are not only my hobbies but rather, my lifestyle. 

 

As an active duty United States Marine, I was exposed to some of the highest quality and hardest training that this country has to offer.  Not only did I earn the coveted title of United States Marine as Honor-Graduate, but I also had the privilege of training with Special Operators and I am also proficient in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP).  I have personally instructed countless Marines and Service Members in combat and fitness related training.

Upon separation from the Marine Corps, I went into physical security as a District Trainer to train and certify potential security officers through the state of New York. It was during this time that I was able to complete my Post Graduate Degree in Organizational Leadership as well as volunteer with the Amherst Police Department, in the Auxiliary program.  

 

My non-military athletic training includes: Semi-Professional football (Germany), Triathlons, Ironman competitions, Obstacle Course Races and Ninja Warrior Competitions. I have also played an active role in philanthropic ventures with Augie’s Quest (ALS campaign), Team RWB (Veteran social reintegration), Toys for Tots and our very own B.O.M.B. Squad Fitness Bottle Drive (purchase gym memberships for nominated recipients). Most recently, I was able to help raise over $1,000 for Buffalo Children’s Hospital by running 17 miles, rowing 3,000 meters and completing 300 full burpees, as specified by each donation.
